Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi Review: In the business of filmmaking, making a comedy is very much beneficial as people like it very much. People like it as it is always hilarious to watch people behaving extraordinarily in silly circumstances. So for this Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi is such an entertaining film. It works on the same strategy of comedy as its previous part Happy Bhag Jayegi. The best part about the film is its direction by Mudassar Aziz. You can watch this film repeatedly because of its random humor and comedy.
The movie wastes no time in establishing its background. In the starting of the film, the two Happy gets exchanged with each other. Happy played by Sonakshi Sinha gets wrongly kidnapped by some gangsters in Shanghai. These gangsters have some funny names also like Makaju and all. On the other hand, Happy which is played by Diana Penty and her husband were led to a university where they found a Chinese man whose Hindi accent is hilarious and the couple is bamboozled by him. These little fun elements in the film set for the rest of the part. The other set pieces of situational humor and gags are really very funny and enjoyable to watch. When the characters of the film like Bagga played by Jimmy Shergill, Khushi played by Jassie Gill and Usmaan bhai played by Piyush Mishra are introduced, the humor level of the film is increased many times. The Chinese actors played by Denzil Smith and Jason Tham are also very well appreciated as they have enacted their funny characters hilariously. Denzil is playing Chau and Jason is playing Chan in this film who are the leaders of the gangster team. The director has mixed Punjabi dialogues with the Chinese language very well which are very hilarious. The strength of the film is its gags, hilarious dialogues but it could have been shorter in length though. Most of the actors have done an outstanding job, but for Jimmy Shergill, his comic timing is pitch perfect. He has delivered his dialogues with such ease, but they are really funny. The role of Sonakshi Sinha is like a high spirited, feisty girl. She is also outstanding. In the film, there is a surprising character of Aparshakti Khurrana who has also created a remarkable impact on the movie.
The latest part is as good as its previous part. The music part of the film is equally good. They are adding some value to the story itself. The film is mainly based on its previous parts theme but with a twist in it.
Box Office: The film starring Sonakshi Sinha is a little bit slow compared to Akshay Kumar starring Gold and John Abraham starring Satyamev Jayate. The movie Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi earns a total of Rs. 2.70 crore on the first day.
